statute of limitations that requires you to take action within a certain amount of time.

Pursuant to Federal law, institutions must meet certain requirements in order to qualify to participate as a Skilled Nursing Facility in the
Medicare program and as a nursing facility in the Medicaid program. We refer to these requirements as the Federal Regulations.
